The noise levels from adjacent rooms can be a disturbance to the otherwise quiet setting.

We spent our Christmas at a hotel with great facilities, including welcoming snack facilities, hot showers and sparkling clean rooms. the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, and we enjoyed using the free bicycles to explore the nearby streets and food options.
The WiFi was unreliable, and there was no password given upon check-in. the noise from the neighboring rooms and creaky doors was disruptive to our sleep.
